Terms & conditions: Free after 2 promotion
These are the Terms & Conditions governing the relationship between Digicel Aruba and Prepaid customers of mobile telephone service during the “Talk for 2 minutes ABC and get 30 minutes FREE” promotion (“the Promotion”), for the period 16th of November (as from 12:00:01) until further notice.
1.Participation
- This promotion is for Digicel Aruba Prepaid subscribers who call any Digicel number in the Aruba/Bonaire/Curacao and talk for more than 2 minutes on the same call.
- Customers gain the opportunity to call other Digicel numbers across the ABC for FREE;
- After chargeable call of 2 minutes to Digicel numbers in Aruba or Bonaire or Curacao customers will get next 30 minutes on the same call FREE;
- Customer will only get up to 30 minutes for Aruba/Bonaire/Curacao free on the same call;
- After the customer will be charged at the regular rates for the rest of the call;
3 Exclusion and limitations
- Calls made to other local numbers (other mobile, Toll Free, Premium Numbers and landline) will be charged at the regular rate for the entire duration of the call;
- Double Bubble credit received from Online Top Up cannot be used to benefit from this promotion; Double Bubble credit bonus is not eligible for this promotion;
- The promotion does not apply while a customer is roaming. Regular roaming rates will apply. The promotion only works when customers make calls within their msisnd’s (phone number) home country to the selected destinations;
- Text messages are not included in this promotion. This promotion only applies to voice calls;
- If customer has credit in dedicated account (“DA”) for calls to Digicel numbers, credit in DA will be used first hence; customer will not qualify for the promotion using DA credit. Customer will only qualify for the promotion after being charged from their main account balance.
- Digicel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss suffered by customer for anyone claiming through customer due to suspension of the promotion Digicel will have no liability to customer or any joint user for any claims whatsoever resulting from the inability to provide the services due to factors beyond our control.
- This agreement shall be governed and construes through and under the laws of Aruba. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Aruba.
