Terms & Conditions:Talk for 5 minutes get Free International Promotion

These are the Terms & Conditions governing the relationship between Digicel Aruba and Prepaid customers of mobile telephone service during the “Talk for 5 minutes and  get Free International” promotion (“the Promotion”), for the period 16th of November (as from 12:00:01) until further notice.
 
1 Participation
  • Only Digicel Aruba Prepaid customers are eligible for the Promotion (‘Customers’);
  • Customers participate when they call international destinations included in the promotion and talk for more than 5 minutes on same call;
  • Only Customers who are NOT on an active international plan are eligible
 
2 Free International minutes
  • Customers gain the opportunity to call select international destinations, pay for the first 5 minutes of the call and get the next 5 minutes on the same call FREE ;
  • After the free 5 minutes Customers will be charged at the regular rates;
  • Only the following international destinations are included in this promotion; Netherlands (landline and Mobile), Dominican Republic (Landline and Mobile), Colombia (Landline and Mobile), Venezuela (Landline and Mobile), USA (Landline and Mobile), Peru (Landline and Mobile);
 
3 Exclusion and limitations
  • The promotion does not include calls to Premium or Toll Free (such as 800) numbers. For these calls international rates will be applied;
  • The promotion does not apply while a customer is roaming. Regular roaming rates will apply. The promotion only works when customers make calls within their msisnd’s (phone number) home country to the selected international destinations;
  • Text messages are not included in this promotion. This promotion is only applicable
  • to calls made to the selected destinations;
  • There is no limit to the number of promotional calls Customers can make per day. Every time Customers calls the selected international destinations and pay for the first 5 minutes Customers will get FREE talk on that same call;
  • If customer has credit in dedicated account (“DA”) balance for calls to International numbers, credit in DA will be used first hence; customer will not qualify for the promotion using DA credit. Customer will only qualify for the promotion after being charged from their main account balance.

5 Exclusion of liability
  • Digicel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss suffered by customer for anyone claiming through customer due to suspension of the promotion Digicel will have no liability to customer or any joint user for any claims whatsoever resulting from the inability to provide the services due to factors beyond our control.
 
6 Governing law
  • This agreement shall be governed and construes through and under the laws of Aruba. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Aruba.
